Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully repackage the item in its original protective timber-safe packaging to prevent any structural damage or scratches during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a specialized white-glove courier pickup; for smaller wood accents, simply drop off the package at any authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
